Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms").


User Account, Password, and Security:

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.


Privacy Policy:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.


Shipping Policy:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes ShopWTD to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees ShopWTD may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

  1. PROCESSING TIME
    All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our shipping location by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. (During the holiday season it may be extended)

    After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take 1-3 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

  2. SHIPPING FEES
    Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.goshopwtd.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

    We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

  3. DELIVERY CLAIMS
    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 7days to file a claim.

    We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

    ShopWTD does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  4. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
  5. RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect oru customers, ShopWTD reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

    Additionally, ShopWTD reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

    An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
    An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
    Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, ShopWTD reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
